Greetings!     I am the founder of LLOYD LAW, PLLC and a native of Northern Virginia.

I deem it an honor and privilege to meet some of the legal needs of residents of this region.

My hometown is Vienna, and back in the day a much younger Barbara attended Fairfax County schools.  Majoring in Government and Politics, I graduated from George Mason University.  Pursuing a legal education over the next few years, I received my Juris Doctor degree from G.M.U. School of Law.  My family has lived in Prince William County for the past two decades and currently resides in Haymarket.

I bring to the table over 20 years of experience in the areas of estate planning and special needs.

My journey in life adds a unique dimension to my legal focus.  As the mother of an adult son with multiple disabilities, I understand firsthand the challenges of caring for someone with special needs.  As an attorney, I appreciate the value of designing and implementing creative, viable strategies and solutions to address concerns.  My approach is pragmatic yet empathetic.
